The interview process included:

• Telephone screening with a recruiter
• Interview with the hiring manager
• Tech screen with an online coding assessment
• Virtual onsite, consisting of a coding assessment (the same problem as the tech screen), domain knowledge, behavioral questions, and system design.

I had a follow-up phone conversation within a week with the recruiter. It sounded promising, and they said they'd come back with an answer within 24 hours. Then, I heard nothing.

I followed up with an email a few weeks later. Still nothing.

It was very disappointing to be ghosted after all the time I invested in this company.
