I was requested to interview with the hiring manager on a Saturday. The hiring manager wasn't super prepared and spent the first 10 minutes on the phone walking through the plant. They asked typical questions about culture fit and fixated on the safeguarding of machinery. I received a generic rejection letter with no feedback, even after being very accommodating towards their needs. It was a poor experience.
