Stamping Engineer Interview Experience

Process

The first step was a phone screening to review my resume. One week later, I had a phone interview with the Department Manager to review my qualifications and the open position. He mentioned he had two positions to fill. Two weeks later, a series of video conference interviews were held in lieu of an on-site visit. The interview went very well, and I was told the decision would be made in one week. It has now been five weeks, and each time I reach out, I am told it will be another two weeks for a decision.
