The interview process began with an initial call with the recruiter. Following the HR call, the next step was a scheduled call with the hiring manager. Lastly, a panel interview was conducted, which included a presentation and coding challenges.

HR telephonic interview. 45 minutes of technical phone interview with a Senior Engineer. 45 minutes of coding exercise. 5-45 minutes of virtual interview. Overall, it was a waste of time. They had no idea what skills they were looking for.
