Good career path
I have been with Rivian in Tustin, CA for 4 years and really love to work here. I work on advanced hi-tech stuff every day to have a good impact on clean air for future generations. The company policy and leadership team always provide opportunities for employees to advance their careers.
The slow cross-functional team communication and response started to improve.
Safety is number one, since we are working with lithium battery packs.

Vehicle Integration Engineer
The interview went through each of the portions in the job description. I needed to expand on experience in defining safety-critical designs, how to make manufacturing more efficient, troubleshooting processes, etc.
Engineering Intern
The interview felt average overall. I thought it went well at the time, but I was ultimately rejected without receiving any feedback. This left me uncertain about areas for improvement. Nothing was too difficult to answer.
Engineering Internship
The first round was a 30-minute call with the hiring manager. The second round was a panel interview with three people, where I had to present slides on a project I did.
