The recruiter never showed up or followed up after setting up an interview for several weeks. The situations were easy STAR-based behavioral questions, but the lack of active communication from the recruiter really put me off.

Recruiter interview followed by a manager interview. Presentation to a panel. Individual interviews with each member, followed by a final interview with the director. Good process, though very time-consuming.

The first interview was general, focused on getting to know you and learning about the company. It also covered why you are suited for this role, your background, and what you are working on. The interview lasted for 30 minutes.
