Rivian

Very positive, quick responses. Took a few weeks. Overall, a positive process, but they do interview relatively late in the cycle. Still good and positive experiences. One interview call. Panel interview with directors/managers

Screening, initial interview, project presentation, etc. Normal interview. Didn't get very far. Interesting questions related to manufacturing. Asked about affinity for the company and desire to work in the automotive industry.

Interview round one with the manager of the department I was applying for. They asked some basic questions related to the scope of the role and asked me to discuss a project I had worked on.
