Good pay and benefits, as well as insurance, starting on day 1 of training.
I was robbed twice and harassed 3 times at Rivian. Two of the harassment incidents were by management.
Don't hire jerks as team leaders or managers. Managers need to actually care about their employees, rather than just saying they do.
