Cons: Harassment is very common at Rivian. Most of the negativity comes straight from management. It is not a positive work environment.

Pros: Good pay and benefits, as well as insurance, starting on day 1 of training.
Cons: I was robbed twice and harassed 3 times at Rivian. Two of the harassment incidents were by management.
