Working at Rivian is a lot of fun. Interacting with folks who are like-minded and who are ready to push the boundaries of practical development. My current team is really collaborative and supportive.
The timelines set by management are aggressive. Rightly so, since the industry pace is pretty high. However, management needs to keep an eye on employee burnout.
