I was recruited and had three rounds of technical interviews, plus one interview with the hiring manager. Everyone on the team was nice, but I was surprised at how hard their questions were. Then I was ghosted after the last interview.

It took over two weeks. Recruiter, hiring manager, onsite. The onsite was a seven-hour interview. It involved a technical presentation. The panel is usually four to six people. It was excruciatingly long (nine to five).

This is the third time they are making interview appointments, and nobody shows up! This is a disgrace! Make sure you know who you are spending your time interviewing. I'm not sure if this is intentional, and they are just trying to keep themselves
