I had one phone screen. There were other steps as well, but I didn't get past the phone screen. The recruiter seemed to be in a hurry, as they were already 10 minutes late for the call.

I was recruited and had three rounds of technical interviews, plus one interview with the hiring manager. Everyone on the team was nice, but I was surprised at how hard their questions were. Then I was ghosted after the last interview.
