Straightforward Rivian interview: * One simple DSA question about clock hands. * Resume-driven discussion, focused on past projects, impact, and collaboration. No brainteasers; conversational vibe. Feedback and next steps provided within days.
Consists of a screen, a hiring manager interview, and a 4-hour final interview. The 4-hour final interview is a 4-session tech and behavioral interview, including: * Debugging * System Design * Tech Problem Diagnosis * Leadership
Communicated over email with the hiring manager to schedule one interview. The interview consisted of a behavioral section, followed by a technical one. Both interviewers were friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, a great experience.
