The company is badly mismanaged.
The culture is very toxic, with several layoffs.
There is no defined plan or strategy for success.
The company treats employees very badly. Sometimes it doesn't pay bonuses as expected; sometimes it intentionally manipulates stock prices to pay lower compensation to employees.
