I was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. After the phone screen, I completed the Codesignal coding interview. Upon finishing 4 questions, I received a polite rejection letter stating that I am not being considered for the role this season and that feedback cannot be provided.
This is typical ghosting in the industry. I am currently an engineer at a FAANG company, earning $200 an hour. If you are not planning to hire, please do not waste my time. I spent 2 hours on this interview alone, which cost me $400.
COVID is not the biggest pandemic in the industry; it's ghosting by recruiters. My time is precious. Do you want to pay recruiters to ghost me?
Robinhood is a bad trading platform. There are so many ways I could improve it, but I choose not to because you chose to ghost me.
