Process
I spent a significant amount of time on the interview process and had an on-site scheduled, only for the on-site to be cancelled two days before because they had filled their last headcount for the role.
I expedited every step of the interview process, and this still happened. It seems I never would have had a chance at the job before they filled all their headcounts.
I don't know why they wasted hours of my time like this, and I would not recommend Robinhood to my friends.
