The interview process typically involved a phone round, followed by an onsite round, and then a chat with a hiring manager to discuss interests. My overall experience was negative, as I was semi-ghosted after the hiring manager round. The recruiter finally responded with: "Our company policy is to not share feedback." This is a terribly unempathetic policy, especially after a candidate pours hours into a phone round, spends an entire day onsite, talks to the manager, and has other recruiter follow-ups.
I will not be interviewing there again.
