They have never gotten back to me ever since.
This company grows very fast, but I think they should treat interviewees in a more professional and respectful manner.

Pros: The work-life balance was moderately intense, but manageable.
I got to work on greenfield platforms, and engineering moves without too much red tape.
If you want a middle-of-the-road company that is not too big, not too small, not too intense, and not too boring, then Robinhood is a decent choice.
Cons: There was a lot of turnover at the management level, which made my work assignments unpredictable quarter-to-quarter.
It is a post-layoff company, so the culture feels transactional.
