Pros: The people there when I was there (summer 2021) were really awesome. Super talented folks, probably better than anywhere else I've worked (I've worked at multiple Bay Area companies).
Cons: Some projects feel a little useless. There are definitely teams at the company that are more in maintenance mode than product shipping mode, so some of the projects feel a little less meaningful.

Pros: The company is still far from Amazon/Facebook size/level, so there are lots of things to do. Because of its size, you'll get a chance at ownership. It's a super competitive package.
Cons: - Market volatility puts stress on systems. Any week can be an on-call/scary week.
