The technical interview was pretty hard and required a lot of thinking.
I don't really remember the behavioral part, but I think you have to record yourself.
Overall, I didn't get past the technical interview round.

Pros: Great benefits, and the pay is great for Toronto. I learned a lot on this team.
Cons: Oncall was not great. There were lots of changes in management and other things. WLB is poor. The team is just pushing for more and more velocity because of AI.
