Great pay and benefits, but poor work-life balance
Great benefits, and the pay is great for Toronto. I learned a lot on this team.
Oncall was not great. There were lots of changes in management and other things. WLB is poor. The team is just pushing for more and more velocity because of AI.
Be more long-term in your outlook.
