I applied through an employee referral. The process took two weeks. Recruiter call and one coding LeetCode-style technical screen round. I found the interview process to be good. The recruiter and the person taking my technical round were friendly

Three code interviews, each lasting one hour, and an additional one-hour design interview. For the first interview, they used Karat, which allotted you 60 minutes for the code challenge. However, the reality is that you should count on a maximum of

1. Online assessment (4 coding questions: first two super easy, third one hard, last one medium) 2. Virtual onsite (3 rounds): 1 coding, 1 system design, 1 foundation interview Passed the interview, but failed to match a team.
