Pros: Wide variety of products to work on - Roblox is building Amazon + AWS + Unity. Strong technical team. Fast-moving culture - multiple deploys to production daily. Lots of transparency from executives.

Cons: A lot of micro-management. Unclear how to "win" this market. Unwilling to fit into "new-style" of tech company.

Pros: Comp is high, especially considering how easy the work is.

Cons: Here's the review I wish I read before accepting my offer --> If you are coming from a well-developed engineering culture, the stuff you see here will leave you wanting to quit in your first week. You won't, because the compensation is good and you've already left your old job. But you'll stay and witness poor collaboration, a lack of engineering aptitude, and the most dysfunctional engineering culture of your career. You'll try to make an impact, which will be blocked by poor tooling, incompetent partner teams, and individual contributors chasing their vanity projects for their next promotion. After six months, you'll realize that giving the bare minimum and collecting a paycheck is enough. This job isn't worth it.

Pros: Great working and learning experience for junior developers.

Cons: Not too many cons to speak of.
