I completed the Roblox Quality Analyst interview process, which included an initial recruiter screening, a hiring manager interview, and a final team interview.

The process focused on my:

• Quality assurance experience
• Analytical thinking
• Attention to detail
• Content moderation knowledge
• Decision-making
• Communication skills through behavioral and scenario-based questions.

One question they asked was: “Tell me about a time you handled a high-stakes content escalation.”

I explained how I assessed content against policy, gathered relevant evidence, made an objective decision, escalated when necessary, and ensured accuracy while meeting quality standards and protecting users from potentially harmful content.
