Process
After the recruiter call, I met with the Hiring Manager for about 30 minutes.
They seemed fairly condescending about the team and Roblox.
Ten minutes into the call, they said, "Our process is very hard, and all our candidates have offers from all the FANGs."
After this call, they ghosted me, with no communication whatsoever.
I believe the team was not a good match as they were looking for someone with a very specific skillset. The manager went on to say, "We don't have time to train you on the job."
I truly think the recruiter should have been more forthcoming with this information or tried to team match me later to a more appropriate team.
