Senior Software Engineer Interview Experience - San Francisco, California
Process
I had a short phone call with a recruiter and then scheduled a 1-hour video screen with a Karat engineer.
On the video screen, I was asked two coding questions and a follow-up for the second one. I finished both questions and passed the tests, and provided a solution for the follow-up. However, I received a rejection email a couple of days later, which was surprising given the interview's outcome.
