Short version: Very unorganized and unprofessional.
Full version:
I was first contacted by recruiter A via email for a general phone call. Since I was on vacation, I postponed the call for about a month.
Once I got back, recruiter A scheduled a phone call for me with recruiter B. Recruiter B stood me up the first time, so recruiter A had to schedule a second phone call.
After the phone call with recruiter B, recruiter A checked back in and scheduled a technical phone screen for me with recruiter C. (Note: This is the third recruiter, not someone in engineering at Roblox).
Recruiter C stood me up twice. I never heard from them after that.
