Process
I interviewed and got an online assessment that was 2 parts. One consisted of a bunch of video games that involved brain games and intuition, and the other part was an online assessment. It took way too long.

Worst Place to Work
Software Engineer • Former Employee
February 24, 2019
Pros: - The kitchen is stocked.
- Lunch is provided.
Cons: Managers' intention is not to grow employees. Lots of politics, and if you can play that well, this place won't be suffocating.
Micro-management.
Funnily, when I left, I spoke to HR and told them the reason I was leaving was my manager. The response I got was, "You are the 3rd person leaving for the same reason."
They don't do anything to change the culture of the place. But when they are interviewing you, they provide an amazing picture of the company and culture, which is not true.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pros: Nice, smart people. Haven't run across any jerks.
Cool product making a positive impact.
Clear vision from top leadership about what we're trying to do.
* Unlimited PTO
* Generous pay
I really like my manager.
Cons: All code, tools, and processes were old. A lot of time was lost on everything but development (fighting with tools, trying to understand old code, etc).
