They send a technical screen as soon as you apply, which consists of 4 assessments:
- Task 1 (Coding Skills Assessment, 50 minutes)
- Task 2 (Problem-Solving Assessment, 25 minutes)
- Task 3 (Problem-Solving Assessment, 25 minutes)
- Task 4 (20 min Decision-Making Assessment)
Questions

Pros: Growing company, fun teams, and lots of good things to work on.
Cons: Very poor communication and management for the internship program. I was given code review notice 3 days before it was due, which was essentially a major part of the return offer decision. They only gave approximately 50% of interns return offers. Headcount was not specified until the last 3-4 weeks.
