Good team and project, but poor management
Growing company, fun teams, and lots of good things to work on.
Very poor communication and management for the internship program. I was given code review notice 3 days before it was due, which was essentially a major part of the return offer decision. They only gave approximately 50% of interns return offers. Headcount was not specified until the last 3-4 weeks.
