They got back to me a few days after the online assessment to schedule a virtual onsite, which was a month out in advance.

Two online assessments were administered.

The first was a Codesignal assessment. The other was a cognitive skills test, which was basically a couple of fun little games.

For the virtual onsite, the questions were relatively standard technical and behavioral.

Pros: This is one of many jobs that encourage you to bring in new ideas and not a turn-key solution. Roblox definitely took me out of my comfort zone and allowed me to open up to new technologies and new challenges to encourage learning and growth in my career. This is definitely a place to be at. Good team overall and chemistry on the Infra Operations team. Remote, nice office, free meals, free snacks, and drinks are always welcome.

Cons: I have not experienced any so far.

Focus seems to be whatever Dave wants as opposed to what the company actually needs. Remote work is no longer an option. Previous employees who were pre-approved to work remotely were forced to come back to HQ or take severance.
