A recruiter contacted me. The next step was to talk to the hiring manager. After I passed that "behavioral" round, I was passed on to a phone screen interview. This was outsourced to another company. The questions were easy (LeetCode easy/medium). When I passed that, they invited me for an onsite interview. All rounds were 45 minutes each.
Round 1: Technical question on a whiteboard. Round 2: Team lunch. Round 3: The hiring manager asked a technical question on a whiteboard. Round 4: System design. Round 5: Behavioral. Round 6: Meet the co-founder. Round 7: System design + behavioral. Round 8: Behavioral.
It was a pretty positive experience. Everyone was nice and friendly.
