Cons: You are treated like a drone. Upper management doesn't seem to care about the users. Gaming company mentality of not valuing its own employees.

Pros: Generally, the pay is good. The office has decent perks.

Cons: No real culture. Product is somewhat stale and growth is slowing. A lot of "yes" men/women in leadership positions. No diversity focus at all. CEO continually makes huge mistakes and doesn't own up to them. Most of his company speaks hinges on "historical context" of when he was an engineer (if I hear about how he was right for not building a "Flash" version, I am going to lose it). CEO and a lot of leadership are super involved in technical decisions, and most often are wrong about them. Challenging management will get you pushed out. No trust. Even the smallest conference or expense needs to be approved and scrutinized by your VP. RTO killed all trust.

Pros: OK benefits Nice culture People are nice

Cons: Long hours. Admins not open to new ideas.
