Process
An initial phone screen was followed by an online coding challenge with two problems. I ended up not solving one of the problems, so I did not make it to the on-site interview.
While the coding challenges were great, my recruiter asked me if I was the only person relocating for the job. It is illegal in many states to ask questions about marital status. This left me with a bitter taste, but I did the online challenge anyway.
