Pros: Generally, the pay is good. The office has decent perks.

Cons: No real culture. Product is somewhat stale and growth is slowing. A lot of "yes" men/women in leadership positions. No diversity focus at all. CEO continually makes huge mistakes and doesn't own up to them. Most of his company speaks hinges on "historical context" of when he was an engineer (if I hear about how he was right for not building a "Flash" version, I am going to lose it). CEO and a lot of leadership are super involved in technical decisions, and most often are wrong about them. Challenging management will get you pushed out. No trust. Even the smallest conference or expense needs to be approved and scrutinized by your VP. RTO killed all trust.

Pros: Friendly, Supportive, Social, Interactive, N/A

Pros: Work-life balance Competitive pay REAL unlimited paid vacation Nice location So many talented people Great team and colleagues Projects in different areas that you can learn a lot if you're an Engineer Reimbursement for parking, commuting, and gym 401k Free snacks Free meals

Cons: It's getting larger, so things are sometimes a little bit slow to be processed.
