They were pretty difficult, but the LeetCode Roblox questions were very accurate, so I studied those questions before.

Pros: - Very flexible intern projects; you get to decide what you want to work on.
- Intern projects actually make an impact on the company.
- Great salary and benefits, even for interns.
- Coworkers are really smart and inviting; you can ask anyone for help anytime, and they love helping interns.
Cons: - The return offer process was a bit of a black box. Some people who were recommended by their managers for return offers did not receive them after VP-level review, though no constructive feedback could be given.

Growing pains, but overall a great internship experience

Pros: Interesting projects.
Great UR team (lots of virtual intern events).
I had a good mentor experience and learned a lot.
Great pay.
Fully remote, pay not adjusted for location.
Cons: Since it was virtual, I didn't get to meet anyone in person (this may be a pro for some people).
There was a 50% return offer rate (so if you're thinking about anything other than definitely returning the following summer, you won't get one).
Management changed the return offer process at the last minute (while interviewing, we were told the return offer rate was 80%). The process was not transparent at all. Managers weren't able to tell us if we were on track for one during the internship.
