The online assessment consisted of programming problems, collaboration questions, and Roblox games. It wasn't too difficult, but it did take a long time.
Afterwards, the phone screen had two coding problems and a behavioral part.

Pros: - Compensation is high.
- Engineers are great, both technically and as people.
- Some of the engineering work is interesting.
Cons: Leadership (C-Suite specifically) is poor. They will lie and break promises for short-term gains while touting they are "taking the long view." Focus seems to be whatever Dave wants as opposed to what the company actually needs.
Remote work is no longer an option. Previous employees who were pre-approved to work remotely were forced to come back to HQ or take severance.

Pros: Really good place to work. Nice and helpful people. Everyone guides well. The environment is quite nice; you learn a lot from the work.
