Pros: We are a vision-driven company with awesome people and an awesome mission. I love the team I work with and the transparency and openness in the company. I work with some of the smartest and most creative people I have ever known. The company really focuses on trying to hire great people and then gives them autonomy.
Cons: You need to be self-organizing and participate in your own career growth.

Cons: Surprisingly, the tech level in this company is low. Management is not professional. C-level is making the weirdest decisions on an 'as I can' level.
