Process
It was straightforward, very conversational style. Be sure to make small talk and don't have the tech bro arrogant attitude.
The technical interview was leetcode hard. One of the technical interviewers did not care about the interview, but the other guy was more collaborative and helpful.

Brutal return rate
SWE Intern • Current Employee
August 17, 2021
Pros: Pay is good for interns as well as new grads. Probably the only good thing about this internship. Most people are nice.
Cons: Unstructured project, unhelpful mentor, and interns are told in the last week of their internship that the return offer rate is throttled to 50% (from the 95% we were told by the recruiters).
Half of the interns didn't get return offers while they were encouraged to refer 15 more people for new grad positions.
