Process

They start off with a game on Roblox as an 'OA'.

They give you a game to practice on, then give you a real game to play.

Seemed silly. I sucked at it and gave up.

Roblox Work Experiences

Brutal return rate

SWE Intern • Current Employee

August 17, 2021

Pros: Pay is good for interns as well as new grads. Probably the only good thing about this internship. Most people are nice.

Cons: Unstructured project, unhelpful mentor, and interns are told in the last week of their internship that the return offer rate is throttled to 50% (from the 95% we were told by the recruiters). Half of the interns didn't get return offers while they were encouraged to refer 15 more people for new grad positions.
