Pros: Pay is good for interns as well as new grads. Probably the only good thing about this internship. Most people are nice.
Cons: Unstructured project, unhelpful mentor, and interns are told in the last week of their internship that the return offer rate is throttled to 50% (from the 95% we were told by the recruiters).
Half of the interns didn't get return offers while they were encouraged to refer 15 more people for new grad positions.
