The assessment had three main parts:
- 1 Coding Assessment – a coding/problem-solving question.
- 1 Behavioral Assessment – situational/behavioral questions where you choose how you would respond in different work scenarios.
- 3 Game-Based Assessments – short interactive games designed to assess things like problem-solving, attention, decision-making, and logical thinking.
Overall, it was a mix of technical skills, behavioral judgment, and cognitive/game-based tasks.

Pros: Pay is good for interns as well as new grads. Probably the only good thing about this internship. Most people are nice.
Cons: Unstructured project, unhelpful mentor, and interns are told in the last week of their internship that the return offer rate is throttled to 50% (from the 95% we were told by the recruiters).
Half of the interns didn't get return offers while they were encouraged to refer 15 more people for new grad positions.
