Process
Auto OA consists of a coding portion and a critical thinking portion.
The coding portion is on CodeSignal and focuses on LeetCode medium problems.
The critical thinking portion involves two minigames where you try to maximize your score.

Brutal return rate
SWE Intern • Current Employee
August 17, 2021
Pros: Pay is good for interns as well as new grads. Probably the only good thing about this internship. Most people are nice.
Cons: Unstructured project, unhelpful mentor, and interns are told in the last week of their internship that the return offer rate is throttled to 50% (from the 95% we were told by the recruiters).
Half of the interns didn't get return offers while they were encouraged to refer 15 more people for new grad positions.
