I was one of the ones they reached out to in May, saying they had spots left. Technical was scheduled right after behavioral.

Behavioral was probably pretty standard (I'd only done one before), but I think I screwed it up. The first technical interview, I couldn't figure out the optimal solution, but the interviewer was very patient and explained it after asking.

Brutal return rate

Pros: Pay is good for interns as well as new grads. Probably the only good thing about this internship. Most people are nice.

Cons: Unstructured project, unhelpful mentor, and interns are told in the last week of their internship that the return offer rate is throttled to 50% (from the 95% we were told by the recruiters). Half of the interns didn't get return offers while they were encouraged to refer 15 more people for new grad positions.
