Process
OA was coding and working on Roblox games. It was two hours long but not super difficult.
I think it may have changed since last year, and there's more to the process now.

Brutal return rate
SWE Intern • Current Employee
August 17, 2021
Pros: Pay is good for interns as well as new grads. Probably the only good thing about this internship. Most people are nice.
Cons: Unstructured project, unhelpful mentor, and interns are told in the last week of their internship that the return offer rate is throttled to 50% (from the 95% we were told by the recruiters).
Half of the interns didn't get return offers while they were encouraged to refer 15 more people for new grad positions.
