Was 2 questions, both were Leetcode-esque and about Medium difficulty. Not anything crazy hard, just study Leetcode and data structure fundamentals.
Interviewers were very helpful, treat it like a conversation and communicate.

Pros: - Compensation is high.
- Engineers are great, both technically and as people.
- Some of the engineering work is interesting.
Cons: Leadership (C-Suite specifically) is poor. They will lie and break promises for short-term gains while touting they are "taking the long view." Focus seems to be whatever Dave wants as opposed to what the company actually needs.
Remote work is no longer an option. Previous employees who were pre-approved to work remotely were forced to come back to HQ or take severance.
