There was no interview. It is a freelance position, and the person offering the work was extremely thorough and well-versed. They explained clearly what they wanted and what was expected of the job.

I took the OA and did semi-well, spoke to a recruiter, and ended up getting the phone screening. After the phone screening, I was scheduled for two technical interviews. I didn’t receive the final round, however.

Here's the process: * Respond to a LinkedIn message * Karat technical screen * Hiring manager call * Get ghosted (it's been over a month with no response to follow-ups) Rejection's fine, but ghosting is obnoxious.
