Flexible hours and a great overall experience
Very easy to get started, and it's a great way to improve your network while still enjoying yourself.
In my experience, there were no cons.

Roblox Interview Experiences
Game Developer
There was no interview. It is a freelance position, and the person offering the work was extremely thorough and well-versed. They explained clearly what they wanted and what was expected of the job.

I took the OA and did semi-well, spoke to a recruiter, and ended up getting the phone screening. After the phone screening, I was scheduled for two technical interviews. I didn’t receive the final round, however.
Software Engineer (Internship)
The online assessment consisted of programming problems, collaboration questions, and Roblox games. It wasn't too difficult, but it did take a long time. Afterwards, the phone screen had two coding problems and a behavioral part.
