Managers' intention is not to grow employees. Lots of politics, and if you can play that well, this place won't be suffocating.

Funnily, when I left, I spoke to HR and told them the reason I was leaving was my manager. The response I got was, "You are the 3rd person leaving for the same reason."
They don't do anything to change the culture of the place. But when they are interviewing you, they provide an amazing picture of the company and culture, which is not true.
Would not recommend this place to anyone.
