Great company culture; everyone is very nice and friendly. No "crunch" time. Work hours have been very consistent and normal. Free lunch is always nice. The work itself has been great.
- Cross-team communication could be improved.
- Sometimes it can be slow to get questions answered from product managers on projects.
Give ample time on major projects, and make sure the projects are clearly defined.
